  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their documents are complete and accurate before notarization. Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or rejections by third parties due to document inaccuracies.
  • Clients must not attempt to notarize fraudulent or misleading documents. Any false or misleading information provided may result in service refusal and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Third Party Goods and Services
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Payments

No Guarantee of Outcome Clause
Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC provides notarization services in accordance with applicable laws and best practices; however, we do not guarantee that a third party (such as a government agency, court, or business) will accept a notarized document. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the requirements of the receiving party before requesting notarization. Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the rejection of a notarized document.

Website and System Downtime
Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC strives to keep its website and online booking system operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or errors caused by technical issues, server downtime, or system maintenance. If a technical issue prevents a scheduled appointment, Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at a mutually agreed time.

Limitation of Liability
Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Rosa’s Rapid Response Notary LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
